Paratrex™ cleanse directions

Postby yawhee1 on Fri Mar 31, 2006 9:14 pm

I am about ready to do my 6week Paratrex™ cleanse. Two questions. 1. can i drink tea with caffeine and w/out sugar if it is in distilled water? 2. Do the fruits and veggies specifically need to be organic or can i use fruits and veggies that are not organic if i wash them well? If i cannot, why? Here is one more question, can you give me the directions on how to do the Paratrex™ cleanse? What i have so far is that when i use Paratrex™ it is ok to take a probiotic, when do i take the probiotic? I am also told to do a herbal laxative every other night, can it be in tea form? The information i got when i purchased Paratrex™ did not give me specific info with the bottle. Please direct me. Thank You!

You can drink some tea while doing the parasite cleanse. I would suggest moderate amounts because it is a diuretic. Please make sure that you are drinking at least ½ your body weight in ounces of purified or distilled water as well in order to stay hydrated. Regarding the fruit and vegetables, organic is preferable, when possible. Thorough washing is not a substitute because organically-grown fruits and vegetables are grown in soil without pesticides and herbicides and generally have a higher nutrient and enzyme content. In addition, it is very difficult to remove all of the pesticide residue just by simple washing. Another consideration is the genetic modification of many of the conventionally-grown fruits and vegetables. There is a complete list of directions at www.ghchealth.com/liver-and-gallbladder-flush.html. You may take the probiotic during the parasite cleanse and/or after the cleanse. Many of these products are best taken in the morning on an empty stomach. Regarding the herbal laxative, you may want to consider an oxygen-based colon cleanser, such as Oxy-Powder. I strongly suggest looking at the directions on the link as they provide a specific protocol for the entire cleanse that should help you with all of the details.
