Sorry to bother you again, I have been taking Oxypowder for the last 5 days, I am only taking 6 tablets, and i have been feeling heaps better, until today, I am feeling sick and have no energy, I had to go to bed, because there was nothing there.
What have i done wrong ?

Been terribly sick today, and it was very wartery, and the most awful taste
I thought i was going to have a hypo, but was sick .
What is going wrong.

You haven't done anything wrong. It sounds like you are going through a healing crisis in which your body is releasing toxins. This is actually a good thing in that your body is getting clean. Drink lots of filtered water to help get the toxins out of the body quickly and make sure you are eating a healthy diet, especially if you tend to have a blood sugar problem. You may want to back down on the dosage by two capsules until you feel better. If this doesn't help then stop the cleanse until you feel better.
