Oxypowder Nausia

Postby Jen on Mon Feb 06, 2006 12:51 am

I took the recommended dose of Oxypower. 4 at bedtime, and only had on semi-loose movement in the morning and just a little gas all day long , so I increased to 6 before bed, as the bottle said, the next night. The next day, I only had a bit of "chunky water" come out in the morning and just nausious all day. I couldn't even eat, so I didn't take any the 3rd evening. that was 48 hours ago, and I am still very nausious, and can barely eat. I threw up my dinner tonight and am getting a headache and am very bloated. I haven't had any in 48 hours and am concerned. Am I ok? Does this happen sometimes? Is there anything that I can do? Help.............

The loose and watery stools are very common and to be expected while taking Oxy-Powder. People do sometimes experience some of the issues that you are describing when they start the cleanse. These symptoms are most likely the result of detoxification and/or parasitic die-off. It is generally termed a “healing crisis” and typically does not last for a long period of time. Indications of a healing crisis can include headache, nausea, fatigue, bloating, lack of clarity, allergic symptoms, as well as others. During this time, Eat plenty of raw organic fruits and vegetables (be sure to wash thoroughly) and drink at least half of your body weight in ounces of clean purified water daily. A reduction in simple and processed sugars, especially soda and fruit juice, may be very helpful as many parasites thrive on these simple carbohydrates. It may also be best if you reduce your dosage of Oxy-Powder until you are able to take it with less discomfort. You may want to consider a liver and gallbladder flush and a parasite cleanse after you complete your colon cleanse.
