Oxypowder for those of us without contsipation

Dear Doctors

I don't have any problems with consipation-- if anything it's usually the opposite. But I have suffered from bloat, gas, and incomplete digestion for many years. I was also diagnosed with relapsing remitting MS last year, though I have been asymptomatic for 8 months. I just decided that I want to give my body as clean and toxicity-free environment as possible and start eating more whole organic foods...sort of an "out with the old in with the new!"

SO i'm wondering how to assess the proper dosage for my initial oxypowder cleanse. Since i can't really base the optimum dosage it on how many movements I have per day (I usually have 2-4, it's just the solidity that varies) what would be your recommendation? I intend to start the cleanse this weekend and would love to be fully informed.

I would recommend that you start out at the lowest dosage and then move up until you are having 5-6 bowel movements each day. Make sure you are drinking half of your body weight in ounces of pure, clean water each day.

Consider taking:
Latero-Flora for your bowel
Betaine HCL for bloating, gas and to help with digestion
