Oxypowder and dermatitis

Postby customx on Wed Aug 23, 2006 4:32 pm

Hello, I have a question. I went to the dermatologist about a year ago and the dr said i had Seborrheic dermatitis. I've tried all kinds of herbs and creams out there to treat the condition I have, but nothing worked for me until I took Oxypowder. When i took the Oxypowder about 95% of the symptoms cleared up. I recently ran out of Oxypowder and now the symptoms are back but not as bad. I need to know what I can do to finally eliminate this, should I stick to oxypower till the symptoms completely disapear or should I be doing something else?

Thanks for your time.

Also I forgot to mention my tongue is coated white, i dont know what that means but I asked friends of mine to show me theirs and they have no coating, which brings me to believe i got candida?

There are several theories as to the cause of seborrheic dermatitis including diet and candidiasis. Using Oxy-Powder can help to aid in the removal of compacted fecal matter and may also create an inhospitable environment for many types of candida. This may possibly explain why you have experienced such relief in your symptoms. Given that you also have a white coating on your tongue, possibly a yeast overgrowth known as thrush, I would consider the following:
• Continued colon cleansing- many people continue to experience benefits from continuing to cleanse their colons at the maintenance dose, your particular dose taken every other day.
• Liver/gallbladder flush- directions can be found at www.ghchealth.com/liver-and-gallbladder-flush.html. This process can help in the removal of toxins from the body’s primary filter, the liver. It can be performed once a month for the first 3-4 months and then 1-2 times per year for maintenance. Liver flushing may allow the body to deal more efficiently with the body’s overall toxic load which can in turn allow you body’s own repair mechanisms to function more efficiently.
• Candida Cleanse- I would suggest trying a candida diet that is low is fermented foods and processed sugars. These diets emphasize raw, natural foods and tend to stay away from processed “junk” foods. In addition, I would suggest trying a probiotic such as Latero-flora to help restore the beneficial bacteria that should reside in the colon. Some practitioners theorize that it is the low amount of these types of bacteria that may make this type of dermatitis so prevalent in infants. I would also suggest trying some supplements that may help directly with candida overgrowth. There are many that may be beneficial; two that may help are Organic Oregano Oil, www.ghchealth.com/oil-of-oregano-benefits.php, and Silver Fuzion™, www.ghchealth.com/liquid-colloidal-silver.php.
• IntraMax- This is a very advanced multi-vitamin and multi-mineral that is bonded with fulvic acid. There are many reasons for taking this, but most important is that contains a complement of B-vitamins that should help to address any type of deficiency present. Many people that have dermatitis benefit from restoring their levels of Folic Acid, B-12, Biotin, and others. It can also aid in the overall detoxification process of the body.
• Topicals- I would look at O2-Zap and Derma-Strength. These can even be used in conjunction with one another or on alternating days. These may help with irritation and redness. I would also suggest using only natural soaps and skin products on the area. E3 Live soaps should work very well for this purpose.

Please note that these are not recommendations, but only suggestions that you can further research. Also, many people respond well to the addition of essential fatty acids to their diet, including flax, hemp, and fish oils. These are very good provided that they are organic, processed without heat or chemicals, and are certified to be free of any type of contamination.
