Postby jjjjnoack on Thu May 11, 2006 10:20 pm

I have been taking oxy powder for two nights tonight beong my third. I have taken the pill as direst with prified water and a lemon wedge. I drink the suggested amount of water a day and here is my question. I have been taken 6 pills at about 10P.M. and by 3 a.m. every morning I am having to get up for a bm. I have between 3 and 5 between the hours of 3 a.m and 8 a.m and non the rest of the day is this normal and is there any way to change this so I can get a good nights sleep?
Thanks

The response that you are describing is very common. Many people do experience the majority of their bowel movements during the early to mid morning and then less or none for the rest of the day. This is more likely during the initial cleanse and, for many people, can gradually regulate itself so that it is not so disruptive to their sleep patterns. If you prefer, you may also split the dose into 3 separate, smaller doses and take each one approximately 30 minutes before each meal. This should change your elimination pattern and may work better for your particular situation.
