Oxy Powder Cleanse - Number of bm versus consistency ?

Postby helsbels on Mon Aug 29, 2005 9:43 am

I've just embarked on the 7 day cleanse and am confused about whether to up the dosage or not! Took 4 capsules first night, no bm next day. Took 6 capsules the second night, plenty of bms next day, solid at first then liquid later on. So, stayed on 6 the third night - again easily 3 to 5 bms but still pretty solid (mixture of solid and liquid). Is the important thing to go by the number of bms or the consistency? Should I up the capsules until bms are completely liquid? I'm taking the capsules with 6oz lemon water as advised.

Thanks for any advice, have taken the week off work especially to do a cleanse so want to be sure I get the most out of it!!

Hi

As longa as you are having 3-5 bowel movements daily then you are cleansing the digestive tract. However, I would suggest that you up your intake to 7 capsules in order to make sure that all compaction is being cleaned out.
