Oxy/liver/gallbladder cleanse, please help w/question

Hi, and thank you for taking the time to be here to answer questions.

I am about to start the oxy/liv/gall/ cleanse. Before I ordered these products, I did not give any thought to the fact that I had my gallbladder removed about 19 or so years ago.
Upon reading the instructions, I noticed that toward the end of the cleanse, I'm drinking olive oil, and cream (at some point...I don't have them in front of me at the moment)

I have been realatively fortunate since my gb removal, and I can eat just about anything without too many problems. But I do know one thing....
if I drink cream or olive oil, I will be one, very sick, hurting, woman!

Is this step necessary to cleanse my liver or colon? I sure hope not, because I am very afraid of the pain I will go through. Vomit, I'll handle, but the cramps from oil or cream would be intollerable. I know this because I've been on radical low carb diets before, and I drank cream and was very sorry I did.

Hi

In your case you can forgo the cream and cut the Olive Oil to 1/4 of a cup. This should not be a problem. I also do not have a gallbladder and have had no problem with the flush. However, I do believe that it is because I eat healthy, take enzymes (very necessary) and Latero-Flora. As long as I am doing this, I never have a problem.
