Oregeno oil

ok....I'm thinking abt ordering the oregeno oil and start using it instead of tramadol that the doctor prescribed which gives me severe constipation. I am confused abt HOW you take the drops. Do you put them on a capsule or tablet (like advil) or can you put them directly on your tongue? Is this product safe to use daily and will it cause constipation or other side effects?

With your Oregano Oil order you will be sent a small packet of veggie caps so that you can begin the Oregano Oil. Take according to directions on the Oregano Oil product page at www.ghchealth.com Do not make them up ahead of time, but make them up as you take them. Oregano Oil is very safe to use daily and will not cause constipation.

Good morning! I just received my oregano oil, but it didn't come with the capsules. I've taken two doses by emptying capsules I have. Is there any other way I can take them? Also, I have alot of burping afterwards with this terrible taste in my mouth. Is there anyway to minimize/eliminate that from happening? When will I begin to notice the benefits of oregano?

Make sure that you are taking the Oregano Oil on a full stomach. You may want to cut back some on the dosage.

Since every one's body and biochemistry is different it is difficult to tell exactly when you will experience results. You may need to adjust the dosage according to need.
