Not Digesting Food Properly

I am doing the cleanse currently and I have noticed that some foods I eat are not broken down. The waste actually carries them out whole or partially whole.

This was the case before I started oxy powder. I have been diagnosed with IBS; what does this show? I used to be 175 and now I am 205.

I am not fat, but I have put on weight. I suffered a kidney stone, dad's passing, and nerve damage to left arm all within 6 months. With all this, I couldn't go the restroom normally afterwards leading to my IBS diagnosis.

Any help and advice would be appreciated.

It sounds like along with the IBS that you have had a lot of recent stress in your life.

Oxy-Powder can certainly help with IBS so I would suggest that you continue on maintenance after the cleanse and then do another cleanse next month. I would also suggest that you take a pancreatic or plant based enzyme.

Check out some stress relieving techniques such as meditation, yoga, pilates, reading, relaxing music, etc. Stress can cause as much havoc on the body as disease can. You will do well to address this as quickly as possible. There is a good chance that as you learn to relieve your stress and/or recognize it before it takes hold that you will see a lot of your bowel concerns go away.
