moldy ears?

First of all,thank you for the site. My daughter has been complaining of her ear ringing,and I was smelling mold,come to find out she had a built up of wax in her ear that smells like moldy mildew, (and it looked almost black)can anyone tell me what that is,or a solution?I have tried hydrogen peroxide,for 3 days,and nothing comes out of her ear.It's only in the right ear where the odor is coming from.Now she say's it feels like her ear is stopped up.I read somewhere to give her olive leaf extract.So I went to the health food store,and she has taken one dose so far.Any responses are greatly appreciated.. And I also tried putting olive oil in her ear,with no response.Thank you..

It is difficult to say for certain what the specific cause of the problem is without a culture. Olive leaf extract may help to resolve it, depending on the cause and the strength of the olive leaf. You may find that some Silver Fuzion™ applied directly in the ear can help to resolve the smell due to its broad anti-microbial and anti-bacterial properties. An ounce or two daily may also produce some beneficial results. Additionally, you may find that warm garlic or mullein oil applied inside the ear can soothe the ear and help to destroy bacteria; O2-Zap, an ozonated olive oil, could also be used in a similar way without needing to warm it up. Other supplements that may be supportive include Oxygenator, to stimulate immune cells and increase oxygenation, and Oregano Oil Rx, as a direct anti-microbial agent. You could also mix 1 drop of the oregano oil in 10-12 drops of garlic oil to place directly in the ear; I would test this mixture first on the skin to make sure that it does not cause irritation. The Oxygenator and Silver Fuzion™ should both be used on an empty stomach at different times. If your daughter is a small child, you would use smaller amounts of any supplement and should consult with her pediatrician before administering any supplements. You can also purchase ear candles from a local health food store or online. These create a gentle suction that can help to cleanse the ears and may help to loosen or remove small obstructions.
