metabolism and armpit odour

Good day, I've got an off sort of question for you...

About 1.5 years ago, I fasted for a week on water alone. Prior to this I was able to go for months without deodourant and my armpits just didn't stink. Since I stopped that fast (well I actually abruptly stopped it as my body wasn't doing so well this particular time and we were having our 2nd child) The odour in my pits is on the nasty side and I can't hardly wash it out with minutes of scrubbing with soap. Also, I've noticed a slow but stead weight gain since then. I've not changed my eating habits or activity habits.

What have I done to my metabolism? How can I gently guide it back to where it should be?

Hi Michael,

I would suggest that you do a liver/gallbladder cleanse along with a digestive tract cleanse. The skin is the largest organ and a primary job is to release toxins.

During the cleanse go ahead and get on a very healthy diet. Drink half your body weight in ounces of water every day. The best way to get the metabolism up to par is to make sure you are eating 5 small meals each day. Your body must have consistant fuel in order to maintain correct metabolism. When you fast, your body will go into starvation mode and sometimes it is difficult to get is back to normal.
