It seems like after I eat lunch, my stomach makes loud obnoxious noises. It has become very embarassing! I thought it might be gas so I tried using Gas-X but that hasn't helped. Are these noises gas? What can I do to remedy this? thanks for your help

It is possible that the cause of the noises may be gas. If that is the case, it would probably be accompanied by some bloating or some other indication.
