I am very health-concern minded. I recently feel that i need to take care of my liver. This is becos i sleep late due to my tight study schedule. I take alcohol with friends during meals from time to time. I take late dinner and sleep before food fully digested. When i wake up in the morning, i feel weak. I have recognised all the above factors are some of the main reasons that contribute to liver problem even though i do not have significant symptom about that. i just feel it. i need to do something about it. however, I do not have much knowledge about liver health care. I wish to particularly enquiry about some recommended food for liver health maintaining. Also some other useful tips. Thank you so much doctors!!!
