Liver/gallbladder flush

Hi again!

OK, I did the flush last night (well the olive oil fiasco part) and to my ultimate surprise...I have not used the restroom yet!! Is something wrong? Did I do it wrong or is this common? I could definitely feel something happening but I still haven't had a bowel movement to see if there are any "results" from the flush. HELP! :shock:

Hi

Sometimes it takes a day or two for the flush to work. Remember that everyone is different.

Let me know how you are doing and if you have seen results by now.
