liver and Kidney cleanses: what side effects can I expect

I am brand new to this forum and hope that someone can answer my question. I have used the Oxypowder for the first time and have had good results so far. I am interested in knowing what side effects can I expect once I start using liver and kidney cleanses?

Although they are not really side effects, there are some things that you may notice directly from the cleanse itself. During the first 4 days of the cleanse, you will most likely not notice any change unless you have a very congested or stagnant liver. If this is the case, you may notice that the color of your bowel movements begins to change slightly to a grey/green color, likely from the malic acid as it dissolves some of the stagnated bile. On the 5th day, it is possible that you may feel nauseated from the olive oil mixture that is taken at the end of the cleanse. Beginning on the 6th day, it is possible that you may feel nauseous, fatigued, dizzy, or achy, and have a headache. You may experience one, most, or none of these signs of detoxification. If you feel them, they are generally very short-lived and should be followed by an increase in energy and well-being. Of course, the amount and types of toxins that are stored in your liver dramatically influence how you feel.
