kidney stone cleanse?

how exactly do i flush out my kidney stones?i know of the liver/GB cleanse but the only cleanse i know of is the watermelon cleanse ,where you eat nothing but watermelons for like a week or something..yeah,okay- no thanks! is there another way of doing this? i am planning a liver/GB cleanse soon and i wanted to do the kidney cleanse first.

There are other kidney cleanses on the market beside the watermelon diet version. Most of them incorporate similar herbs such as gravel root, corn silk, horsetail, uva ursi, watermelon seed, chanca piedra and others. Premier Research Labs has a product called Quantum Bladder Complex that includes many of these herbs and is produced with any unnecessary excipients or inferior-quality herbs.
