kidney cleanse

Postby dianemarie on Wed Sep 13, 2006 7:11 pm

Hello,

What is the most effective and easiest why to cleanse the kidneys. I have just completed the colon and liver cleanse and now on the para-buster. I completely forgot my kidneys. I also heard to do the parasite cleanse before the kidney.

Thanks So Much,

Probably the simplest and most effective way for many people to cleanse their kidneys is to drink a minimum of ½ of their body weight in ounces of purified or distilled water per day. To each quart you can add approximately ¼ tsp. of raw, unfiltered apple cider vinegar and the juice of ½ of an organic lemon. Regular consumption of organic, unsweetened, and preferably raw cranberry juice can also provide a wonderful cleansing effect. There are, of course, a number of herbs that have traditionally been used for this purpose that do work well. However, in the absence of an infection or other problem, the kidneys perform a spectacular filtration that renders urine as a sterile solution.
