Juice fasting w/ cleansing order question... PLEASE respond

Postby wooway on Wed Sep 13, 2006 8:04 am

Hello, Health Drs. -

I am a 27yr old male with a few Arise and Shine 28-day intestinal cleanses under my belt, 70 or so colonics over the past 6 years, a mostly raw food diet for the past 2 years, etc. Very health conscious since I was 12 years old, then was a bodybuilder from 12-24 years old. Have bad scoliosis so haven't lifted weights in 2 years.

After all the sports supplements, herbs, cleansing products, detoxifcation products, methods, protocols, etc I have tried, the OxyPowder is THE best, most effective and innovative supplement I have EVER tried or come across... In fact I have bought just in about 3 months time, about 20 bottles for myself, family, and friends. As well as ParaTex, SuperPhos 30. On to my very important question, lol :)

I have many joint problems and much pain(tendons, ligament, spinal) and after all my research, I really want to devote up to 6 months to as much as possible rebuilding and fully detoxying my INTESTINES/LIVER/PARASITES/KIDNEYS.

I want to do an extended veggie juice (6-8 servings a day, so protein, carbs, minerals, calories won't be an issue; while chewing gum 3-4 times a day to get tooth/gum exercise in) fast/cleanse
WHILE taking OxyPowder nightly, 6 caps a night, for 2-3 months..

My question is: how do I interval/intertwine the Liver/Gallbladder FLUSH and the Parasite Cleanse (Paratex)?

Fully cleansing the colon first, on juice fasting and OxyPowder for, say, the first 30days?

Then do 1 Liver/Gall Flush (followed morning after with coffee colonic)?
Then do Parasite Cleanse/ParaTex for 6 weeks?
Then do another 1 Liver/Gall Flush? back and forth, all the while on the Juice Fast and OxyPowder as a base of protocol?

Or should I focus on the OxyPowder and Liver/Gallbladder flushes ONCE every 2weeks or 1 month for 3-4 times, to fully cleanse the Liver/Gallbladder and Intestines, and THEN? work on the Parasites for 6+ weeks... and if so, continue on the Juice Fast (w/ Oxy at night all the way through) WHILE doing the Parasite cleanse? Or go back to fruit/veggie/nut diet?

I really really like your basic Colon/Liver/Gall/Parasite CLEANSE schedule as written on your website, its just that it didn't seem focused enough for my goals and rebuilding aspirations... am I wrong...
would the 7-day OxyPowder Colon Cleanse (while veggie Juicing)
followed up with the 1 Liver/Gall Flush, then 6 WEEK Parasite/Paratex
cleanse be suffiecient? and just repeat for a few times this basic rotation/protocol?

Thank you so much for your great service and products, Dr Group, and other answering Dr's...

THANK YOU SO SO MUCH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
God Bless You

PS. Also, can Apple Cider Vinegar be substituted for apple juice in the FLUSH (say 4oz per the gallon of dist water, with 1oz SuperPhos 30) if we want to forgo the sugar in the apple juice? Does the ACV have a comparable and/or effective amount of MALIC ACID still in it to work as well? Or are the 4 days of appe juice too short to really worry about the sugar content...

The reality is that many people have used many different protocols to achieve their cleansing goals. What we have suggested in the past is to perform the cleanse protocol as it is written initially. Many people have done this successfully while using fresh juice fasts of various types. You can perform the initial 7-day colon cleanse, the liver /gallbladder flush, and then the 6-week parasite cleanse. You will be taking the Oxy-Powder for the first 11 days straight and then can switch over to maintenance, every other day, protocol during the parasite cleanse. Once you have completed the first round of cleanses, you can continue on the maintenance for Oxy-Powder and perform the liver/gallbladder flush approximately once per month for 3-4 months. Keep in mind that the extended juice fasting, as I am sure that you know, should produce a good deal of detoxification on its own. Performing the parasite cleanse once every 6 months or so is probably sufficient for the majority of people. Your regular diet of raw fruits, vegetables, and nuts should work fine during any part of the cleanses as well. In regards to the malic acid, you cans use approximately 1/3 more of the Super Phos 30 mixed in distilled water in order to compensate for not using the apple juice; I personally have performed the cleanse this way. There is probably more malic acid in the ACV than in the juice; although, this is probably variable depending on the type of apples used. I would expect that, given you past habits and cleanses, that you likely have far less compaction than the average American.
