yesterday my chin became really itchy and today it has moved to my neck. what could this be? it is really irritating

It is very difficult to say for sure what is causing the itching or irritation. It may be that you have some type of contact dermatitis caused by some substance that has come into contact with your chin and neck. This sometimes occurs when a person changes laundry detergent, soap, personal hygiene products, makeup, or any one of a number of chemicals that you may come into contact with daily. I would investigate to see if any changes have been made in regards to anything that may touch this area. It is also possible that some irritant may have been transferred from your hand or another object. If the problem persists, worsens, or begins to spread, you should consult with a dermatologist or a well-trained naturopath or chiropractor.
