Hello....I'm 42-male--6'5"-200lbs..love my bicycle and eat well..the 1st night(with a lemon wedge) I took 7 pills...not much..next night-10--not much...13 next night...then I started to see results
then the 4th day-15.....well, the next day I had energy
maybe too much energy
I felt great...really great.......so good my friends got tired of hearing it.....I haven't seen anything nasty just lots of water...on the 4th day I had a totally normal stool....its been the only one.......Could I be that clean inside that I won't see much? The water does smell bad..really bad. Can I keep up the 7 day cleanse for 3-4 weeks--just to be sure? I like to take them on a empty stomach around 4p.m.....that way it fits my schedule better......
