I have asked a question on the 19th of Sept.. and till this date not one response.I thought there were Dr's here... Ha what a joke.. I even called the phone # and got someone who could not explain anything...

Now to your questions. As long as you have waited at least 4 hours after eating you should be fine to take Oxy-Powder right before bed.
