Irregular

I had my last menstraul cycle August 23rd, it has always been regular and every 30 days. I went to the hospital 2 days after for pelvic pain cause I was cramping like I would during ovulation. I started my cycle September 11th, which is abnormal and 11 days before it should have been suspected...also heavier then usual. Before I started I was spotting with a burning sensation when I pee'd that went up into my chest. What is wrong and what can I do. It still burns when I pee and I get the pelvic cramping alot and discomfort down there at certain times of the day. I have also been having unprotected se x and haven't pulled out. Is my body rejecting it, or whats happening. I did have a pelvic exam and they did a urine and blood test but everything came back fine and they said nothing was wrong. But I can't live like this, whats happening to me?
