IBS AND REFLUX-

Hi i was diangnosed with ibs and reflux a few years ago and i was wondering if you can tell me if i can still brush my teeth with toothpaste and with my reflux i read that you cannnot wear tight fitting clothing, does that include bras and clothes that dont have elastic around the waist.
IM only wearing the miracle bras that are on tv but i want to wear normal bras and brush my teeth.
Can anyone help me please. I really need to know.

People that suffer form IBS and reflux disease generally do continue to brush their teeth. Poor oral hygiene can lead to a build-up of plaque and, more importantly it can lead to a bacterial growth. I recommend that you use a natural, non-fluoridated toothpaste made by a reputable manufacturer in the health food industry. Brushing is also very important as it is likely that your body is acidic and more prone toward inflammation in the mouth.
