I am experiencing same thing as jim (previous post)

I have been taking OP for some time now, year maybe. I take 8 caps every other day, I have noticed the same large looking white capsule things pretty much everytime I take them. At first I thought it was a capsule not dissolving, but these things a twice the size. I advice everyone to look for these things. Weird thing is, whenever I pass them I loose like 5 pounds in one day. Im wondering what kind of connection this is.
