Hi Vonda

I would highly suggest that you find a healthcare practitioner that will work with you. The first thing that I would recommend is a liver/gallbladder/digestive flush with Oxy-Powder.

For emphysema you might want to try the following:

1. Do not smoke or be around those that do.
2. Chlorophyll - As directed on label 3 times daily. Aids in clear breathing.
3. ClearLungs from RidgeCrest Herbals. Helps provide relief from shortness of breath, tightness in the chest and wheezing.
4. Cordyceps may slow the progress of lung degeneration.
5. Vitamin C - 5,000-10,000 daily in divided doses. Strengthens immune response and aids healing of inflammed tissues.
6. Vitamin E - 1,000 IU daily. Start with 400 IU daily and build up. Do not take if you are on a blood thinner.
7. Oxygenator - take according to label. Get from Global Healing Center.
8. Zinc - 80 mg daily. Add 3 mg of copper daily.
9. Cod Liver Oil - 2 tablespoons daily.

Eat a healthy diet that consists of 50 percent raw foods. The other 50 percent should consist of soups, organic chicken, turkey, fish , brown rice, millet and whole grains.

Consume onions and garlic daily.

Have hot herbal teas in the mornings to help clear the mucus from the airways. Drink half your body weight in ounces of pure, clean water daily.

Do daily breathing exercises.

Use warm castor oil packs on the chest and back to help reduce mucus and enhance breathing. You can also use our NutraCool™ on your chest and back.

Get plenty of fresh air and rest.

Avoid putting any chemicals on the body. Use all-natural products for house cleaning.

Take Care & Be Well
