Liver flushes have been performed for centuries in various cultures in order to eliminate toxins and stimulate the flow of bile. When the proper procedure and preparation is taken, it is very unlikely that any stones will become lodges in the bile ducts. This is the reason that using an oxygen-based colon cleanser first in order to insure that the bowel is moving and eliminating toxins is important. Super Phos 30 mixed in apple juice is also specifically recommended for 4 days before attempting to flush the liver so that any stones will be soft and pliable, capable of being moved out of the live, gallbladder, and the ducts. Furthermore, the Epsom Salt that is taken on the day of the flush will dilate the ducts and make the passage of stones more efficient. In the rare event that a stone does become temporarily lodged, it can generally be loosened and flushed by a follow-up dose of Epsom Salt or even 10 capsules of Oxy-Powder; this can be followed by a dose of Organic Oil of Oregano or Chinese bitters. Some other suggestions if a stone is caught:

• 5 drops of Peppermint oil in a capsule 2x daily
• 1 tablespoon of apple cider vinegar every 3 hours mixed in 8 ounces of water
• 3 tablespoons olive oil mixed with one lemon
