how long should i use Oregano oil?

for parasite cleanse? i am also going to do the paratrex 8 week cleanse...
if anything, i may only use it for the 8 weeks with the PT.

As a general rule of thumb, you can take Oregano Oil during the 6-week parasite cleanse. This can be done for a 6-week period followed by a 2-week break. This can be repeated as you feel that it is necessary. If you begin to feel strong signs of a “healing crisis,” such as fatigue, headache, sinus drainage, muscle or joint ache, rash, or lack of mental clarity, you may want to decrease the Oregano oil until these symptoms subside.
