I would suggest that you check out the following:

Hormonal changes or imbalance - You may want to have your hormones checked (DHEA, thyroid, cortisol, testosterone, progesterone, IGF-1)

Prescription Medications - Can cause reduced blood flow, interfere with brain activity, hormones or nerve transmission. Talk to your doctor.

Diet high in fat and low in fiber - High blood pressure and/or diabetes can cause problems.

Street Drugs
Fatigue
Heavy Metal Poisoning
