help and advice needed- bad night reaction oxy-powder!!!

Postby bella77 on Tue Apr 19, 2005 7:48 pm

Hi - am very excited to be starting this however I having trouble with very uncomfortable nights and interuppted sleep!

Night 1: took - 4 caps, woke up 4am with bad gas and very uncomfortable bloating, gurgling stomach, nausea. Took an hour to settle. The day was ok - had about 3 BM (dark and slippery), but nothing too unusual I tend to go that often anyway, but I tend to alternate between constipation and diarrahea.

Night 2: took five caps next night. Was up at 2.45am with REALLY bad cramping, gurgling stomach again and hot, violent, liquid bursts of toxic smelling stuff. This continued for 3 hours (about 8 in total). Had another 2 liquidy ones yesterday when woke up at 8am and nausea and gurgling continued all day - couldn't go to work.

I am eating well - Ate lentil soup, veges and chickpea salad, water and lots of green tea all day. But also had a coffee with milk at night (was SO SO tired!!!!)

Night 3: Was too scared (and sleep deprived) to take more than one caps last night and I haven't been to the toilet today at all so far (is nearly midday).

My face is sore and swollen around my chin and has about 4 pus, red pimples on it which came up yesterday.

Am i having a healing crisis????

What do I do - how many pills should I take tonight??? I can't go through 3 hours back and forth to the toilet again! It was awful.

Please help :)

Hi

It does sound like you are experiencing a healing crisis. I would back down to 4 capsules until you feel better and then try adding a capsule every 2 days until you are having 3-5 bowel movements daily. Take your time and allow your body to release the toxins. If you continue to feel bad then try taking the 4 capsules every other night. You may also want to try taking Oxy-Powder with lemon water. Use 1/4 slice of lemon in 6 ounces of water to take your Oxy-Powder.

Be sure to drink half of your body weight in ounces of filtered water every day in order to help flush the toxins out. I would also suggest that you not drink milk as it is very mucous causing. Also, coffee will keep most people up at night.

Let me know how you are doing.

Hi

No, eating more meat will not help to expel more matter. Meat actually slows digestion down, can be constipating and makes the sytem work harder. It is ok to eat meat, but we do suggest that you make sure that it is organic and free-range. If you are eating a healthy diet, then meat should be consumed very infrequently.
