Healthy Sperm

Hi,

My wife and I want to have another baby. The first one had a variety of childhood illnesses and we would both like to give our next child a better head start. We have both quit abbusing alcohol and tobacco and are eating right and working out.

My question is this. How long does it take for a new sperm to mature and be ejaculated? I want to be as healthy as possible with brand new sperm that has not been subjected to abuse.

Oh yea, is there nything else we shold be doing prior to trying to get pregnant?

Hi,

Since men produce sperm continuously I would suggest that within 4-6 months of following a healthy program, the sperm would be very healthy.

I would also suggest that both of you be on a healthy diet, exercising, eliminating stress and negative emotions and drinking pure, clean water. Try to eliminate sugar and grocery store dairy from your diet.
