First of all, thank you GHC for Oxy-Powder. Your product is fabulous!

I have two questions.

1-I do high intensity cardio and also weightlifting. Considering the amount of fluid loss via sweat during such vigorous routines, and considering ALL of the toxins are being removed in liquified form due to oxy-powder (no solid matter at all)..should I refrain from working out during this seven day cleanse?

2-I am EXTREMELY fatigued..regardless of whether I work out or take a day off while on Oxy-Powder...fatigued almost to the point of losing mental clarity and response times. Is this a normal side effect or is this a result of fluid loss (due to liquified waste?)

(Note: I will be taking the pills for the third night tonight, at a dosage of 6 pills, which allowed me to evacuate in liquid form 6 times today. I upped the dosage because 4 pills only allowed me to evauate twice.).

Thanks in advance!

Hi

Thanks for the nice words. Thousands of people are experiencing the wonderful benefits of Oxy-Powder. We count it a privilege to be able to help people in this manner.

I would suggest that, if you are feeling tired, that you ease-up and allow your body to detoxify. Make sure that you are drinking half of your body weight in ounces of filtered water every day. If you are exercising heavily then you may need to drink a little more. Also make sure that you are eating plenty of raw fruits and vegetables as this will also add more hydration and oxygen to the body.

Have a great week!

thank you..

was definately an adjustment issue, I am not feeling much fatigue at all today.

My first two movements today were again liquified, then the rest of the day not much at all.

I went 7-8 times yesterday, and 2-3 times the day before, all liquid. Could I be fully clean now that the liquid waste seems to have stopped?

I am light in weight in quite short..wondering if my colon is fully cleansed now and if I should cease the rest of my seven day cleanse?

thanks again!

Hi

Glad that are really getting some great benefits. I would suggest that you continue through the whole seven days. Our clinical studies suggest that cleansing for the whole seven days will produce the best results.

Congratulations! Your body will thank-you for working on keeping it healthy.

thanks again.

To anyone reading this who is skeptical..

Sure there are side effects, but the pros largely outweigh the cons with Oxy-powder. I really dont consider side effects a con..to be honest, any side effect I had was listed as something to expect on the website..which was comforting to know..that if I am feeling these things, then hey..its doing the job.

I am a personal trainer and I fully back this product..I SAW THE MUCOID PLAQUE!! I SAW THE MUCOID PLAQUE!!

I feel cleaner, I feel LIGHTER around the intestinal area, and mentally I feel great after seeing what came out of my body. I cannot fathom the idea that I was actually carrying that MUCH of that gunk inside of me!

If you are skeptical, dont be..I didnt have to type this, and could be doing a million other things right now..but I really do endorse this for those for need it. Wheater youre looking for a detox or have constipation, this thing works wonders..Im one of those see it to believe it people..and I saw it. Again, and again, and again, and again..LOL!

thank you GHC..great idea also to have this ask the doctors part in the forums..good to know your staff cares about the consumer AFTER the product has been purchased.
