Once applications are completed on-line, you will receive an email confirming receipt of this application. If you do not receive this email, please contact Customer Service. When we have processed your application you will receive an email with your LifeWave™ Distributor ID number.
STEP 2 - Order
The LifeWave™ Distributor Application may be used to order LifeWave™ products directly online. You may order LifeWave™ Energy Enhancer patches, brochures, CD's, Retail and Wholesale Kits, or any of the other items. Please note that your first order will activate your Business Center and qualify you for commissions and bonuses. There are 3 options available when ordering:
