1 gallon Apple juice with 2 ox pho 30 was dilute like this. Each 8 ounce glass of juice and pho 30 I added 4 oz purified water totally a 12 oz glass between each meal. Is it normally to have intermitent sharp pains throughout the body. Do I need further dilution. Do not mean to be a pain? Want to do the flush right. Thanks

Hi Bertha

If you are having sharp pains and they just started after using the Super Phos and apple juice then stop immediately and check with your healthcare practitioner.

You can certainly dilute it further, but I am concerned about the sharp pains.
