Food Sensitivity and chronic fatique

Hello,

For many years I have had bouts with chornic fatique, fibromyalgia and high sensitivity to coffee, tea, caffiene, alcohol and anything with sugar in it (such as ice cream, cakes, candy, soft drinks and similar items)

My symptoms are sharp headaches, dull headaches, dizziness or drugged feeling, blackouts, sleepyness, muscle and joint pain and fatique.

My symptoms have improved over the years by avoiding all sugared foods and trying to eat healier foods. I have done colon and liver cleaning and have recently found vitamins that definitely give me more stamina and seem to have a calming effect.

I am always looking for ways to cure or greatly improve my condition.
Do you have any suggestions?

Hi Hopeful!

It sounds like you are doing a lot of great things in order to help your body heal itself. Congratulations!

I would suggest that you continue to stay on a healthy diet with as many organic foods as possible. Also drinking a couple glasses of fresh organic vegetable juice each day will probably help tremedously.

Vitamins: Make sure you are on a good enzyme such as Zymitol for inflammation. Also for pain I would suggest Oregano Oil RX as it can have the same type of pain relief as morphine.

You may also want to look into TOA Free Cats Claw here on the GHC site.

Larrea Tradentata (Chaparral) is something else to research. It has produced some good results for people with fibromyalgia. It is suggested that you be under the care of a health professional when using this herb.

Exercise: A good 20-30 minute walk each day is suggested.

Water - Make sure that you are drinking half of your body weight in ounces each day. Distilled water is best with adding organic apple cider vinegar. 1 capful to 8 ounces of water.

If you have not done a Parasite cleanse then I would definitely recommend that you do one. Also The Terminator II is great for people with CFS and Fibromyalgia. Go to www.fibromyalgia-support.org for more information.

Make sure that you keep your digestive tract cleansed. You can do this by using Oxy-Powder which will also give you the added benefit of extra oxygen.
