food not digesting?

Postby yikes88 on Tue Nov 14, 2006 12:24 pm

Hi,
I thought I had caught the stomach bug from my boss but now I am wondering if it could be something else. I was sick this past Friday with diahrri and vomitting and that passed by Saturday. I felt much better Saturday and Sunday. I woke up yesterday and vomitting up the meal I had 15 hours before, looked like I had just ate it. I was fine after that. I ate supper last night and about midnight I woke up with the same symtoms as Friday but this time I was throwing up food that looked whole, it hadn't been digested. Could I have a blockage? Or could this be a stomach bug? I feel fine today but I have not eaten anything yet. Please help!

From the symptoms that you mention, it does sound as if you may have been infected with a virus or bacterium that is causing symptoms of the “stomach flu,” or gastroenteritis. If this is the case, it is most likely accompanied with a fever. A blockage would most likely present you with abdominal pain and bloating, depending on the severity and location of the obstruction. If this is the case or if your symptoms do not resolve fairly quickly, I would seek out medical attention. In the meantime, drink plenty of purified water and electrolyte minerals so that you do not become dehydrated.

Organic Oil of Oregano, Latero-Flora, Oxygenator, Silver Fuzion, and IntraMax are all products that can potentially support you during this time. Latero-Flora can help to replace the beneficial bacteria in the colon, an imbalance in this area weakens the body’s natural defenses against some infections. Intramax can replace vitamins and electrolytes lost during vomiting and diarrhea as well as providing nutrients to support the increased needs of the immune system. The other three can help support the body’s defenses against a wide array of microbes. Again, if you have more reason to suspect a blockage or the condition worsens, seek out a health professional.
