First Timer Questions

Hi

I have just recently purchased Oxypowder, Super Phos 30 and Paratrex™ after hearing great reviews. I have seen a number of different dosage information on the web site/forum, and wanted to get your advice.

I currently have about 2-3 BM a week, and have never detoxed. THis is my first time with any of these products and was wondering if you could tell me:

1) Which one do I start with, what order should I take them - do I do one before the other, take them on alternate nights, etc, Also how long do I take these for?

2) Do I need to follow a particular diet with any of these to be more effective?

3) Is one able to still do normal activity - eg work, school, etc? Do I have to home during this type of cleansing?

Hi Di

You can do both at the same time. Follow the recommendations on the Paratrex™ product page on the GHC site and also the same with Oxy-Powder. You can also go to www.oxypowder.com and read the FAQ page for much more information.

Following a very healthy diet is recommended. Dr. Group recommends a specific diet in his e-book, Transforming Your Health in 90 Days or Less that is also great to follow while cleansing.

We suggest that you begin the cleanse on a Friday so that you will have the weekend to observe how your body reacts. Everyone is different. Some people do experience a mild healing crisis but it should not be anything that will put you to bed.
