Hi Maria,
My first question would be "What does your doctor say?" Have you mentioned this to him/her during your visits?
Assuming you have ruled out pregnancy, I would first look at low blood sugar being the culprit especially since it happens when you are rushed (probably a little stressed), poor diet and a headache. Because of this I would recommend that you get your blood sugar tested along with a complete CBC which will mean that you will need to fasting when you take the blood test and urinalysis. Make sure that they also check your blood pressure. You may also want to do this at home so that you can track your blood pressure at certain times during the day.
Improving the diet is always a great idea. Make sure that you are drinking half your body weight in ounces of pure, clean water everyday (no tap water). Also
daily exercise--walking is great for this as it can also help to alleviate stress. If you are over weight then concentrating on losing the extra weight should be of upmost importance---a healthy diet and exercise will help with this.
Are you on any meds? Somtimes medication can cause fainting.
Fainting is common and usually not serious. However, if you have serious health problems, especially heart-related problems, high blood pressure or diabetes, you probably should see your doctor. See your doctor if your fainting is associated with any of these features:
Irregular heart beat
Chest pain
Shortness of breath
Sudden onset (no warning signs)
Blurred vision
Confusion
Trouble talking
Fainting when you turn your head
Fainting more than once in a month
As always make sure that you check with your healthcare professional before making any changes. For a complete health program that will assist you in getting your body healthy take a look at our e-book
