Hi,
I am 32 years, and from past 3,4 years I am gaining weight (although I am not eating much,in fact less than a normal person), but most worried thing for me is I have very dark circles around my eyes and also I am feeling that my face is looks like big in size (noticeable change).may be due to dull skin.Because of that I looks like +35.Can yo please help and suggest me in this regard.

Hi

I would suggest that you look into possible allergies and/or thyroid concerns.

Dark circles under and around the eyes may indicate allergies to wheat, dairy (espcially milk), or peanuts. I would suggest that you try eliminating these along with sugar. Also drink plenty of purified water, at least half your body weight in ounces, every day.

You may want to consider adding ground-up flax to your diet or unrefined coconut oil.
