hello. i am a male teenager in college and dont quite understand this about me. here goes:

whenever i masturbate, or receive oral sex, i cannot cum. but when i have wet dreams (which are rare,) i do cum. i dont know if im not masturbating long enough or if im not waiting long enough for the oral sex or whatever it may be but i just cannot cum. i have no idea what this may be so just some help or some info thanks

It is possible that anxiety or fear of failure does not allow you to perform normally in certain situations. Feelings of guilt or defensiveness can also aggravate the problem. It is possible that when you do not feel the situational pressure that you are able to experience ejaculation. Also, if you have a history of past sexual trauma such as molestation, this can have a dramatic affect on your sexuality. Also there could be a bone in the spine which has moved out of position. Visiting a chiropracter specializing in nutrition should be helpful.
