Ear Wax

What can you recommend that may help with reducing ear wax? I get it an accumalation of it and it blocks my ears and sometimes give me a headache. Thank you

Hi,

3% Hydrogen Peroxide will sometimes loosen ear wax. Some people like to use ear candles. Make sure that you employ someone who is a professional with ear candles, should you decide to use this method.

Make sure that you are gently removing any ear wax that comes to the opening of the ear. This will allow other ear wax to make its way to the front.

If you are producing an abnormal amount of ear wax then I would suggest that you consult your healthcare practitioner for safe and effective removal.
