Doesn't anyone answer questions ?

I posted a question on taking Oxy-powder at night on a empty stomach.I asked how long it takes? then I asked if you take it in the morning on a empty stomach how long do you have to wait to eat your next meal?
Does anybody know?

Generally,You want to take it at night on an empty stomach before bed at least 4 hours after your last meal. Start with 4 capsule in 8-10 ounces of water(make sure the water has some lemon juice squeezed into it to trigger the oxygen release) about 5 or 6 hours after taking it you should feel or hear some gurgling or other sensation in your small intestine,this is a sign that its working to dissolve fecal matter in the colon.You may then feel the urge to go to the bathroom.You will pass what seems like diarrhea,but its not.Its fecal matter that has been liquified by the oxygenating action of the oxypowder. In between doses try to drink plenty of purified water throughout the day to assist in cleansing. Oxypowder has a sustained release of 12 hours,so you may have to go to the bathroom several times over that time.

Please accept our apology for not replying sooner. Since we are in the Houston area we have been dealing with the before and after of Hurricane Rita. Some are just now getting electricity back. We were fortunate in that we didn't have any damage but we did close the office last Thursday and Friday.
