when i take oxypowder my bloating is worst when i had a big dinner meal. i take oxypowder 2 hours after my dinner even if i feel and i know that my stomach is not yet empty. could this be what causing my bloating, taking oxypowder on a not-so-empty stomach?

will it be equally effective if i change my timing. i dont take breakfast so maybe i could take oxypowder in the morning. my only worry is oxypowder's effect might last until i take my lunch. which of course is not good as oxypowder will dissolve my lunch.

thanks,

It is true that you may not have emptied your stomach within the two hours after your dinner. This process is highly variable and can depend on the combination of foods that you eat, how well you chew, you own rate of gastric emptying, your emotions, and a number of other factors. I would suggest eating a meal that is composed mainly of protein and fresh, non-starchy vegetables. This type of meal may digest more quickly than what you are currently eating.

If you prefer, you can change to a day dose of Oxy-Powder that works better for some people. You can divide your current dose into 3 smaller doses and take each one approximately ½ hour before meals. If you don’t eat breakfast, you can simply take the first, smaller dosage in the morning. The capsule itself should pass through the stomach and begin working before you eat your meal. If you prefer to take it all in the morning, you can try that as an alternate method. Please be aware that taking Oxy-Powder at a different time may produce bowel movements during different times of the day.
