Does it matter which order you cleanse in?

On many sites, I've read that a parasite cleanse and a kidney cleanse should be done before doing a liver cleanse.
But on this page: http://www.ghchealth.com/liver-and-gall ... flush.html
it says to do the parasite cleanse after the liver cleanse. I would like to know if it matters which order you do them in. Also, can you recommend a product for cleansing the kidneys, because I didn't see any on this site.

You are absolutely correct in stating that many alternative medicine sites and practitioners recommend performing a parasite cleanse and a kidney cleanse prior to a liver/gallbladder flush. The reasoning behind this is as follows: as parasites die and disintegrate within the body, they can release many toxins that the body must then filter and excrete. Based on this fact, a liver flush prior to the parasite flush should better enable the body to deal with the increased level of toxins that are temporarily generated by the parasite cleanse. In reality, many people have performed the cleanses both ways and been very successful.
