I am a cross country runner and i run every day as well as weightlift how am i going to be able to do those things while only eating fruits and vetables i need some protein and carbs. Is there an alternative diet plan that you can give me to follow ? Can you give me a diet plan to follow that will meet my needs as a active person while using oxy-powder?
Right now i am in summer training for cross country What can i eat? What should i not eat?

There is no single diet that works for everyone taking Oxy-Powder or for everyone in general. Your level of activity, body type, and other factors will give you the best clues for your own personal diet. The recommendations made for Oxy-Powder simply describe a diet that prefers fresh, raw foods over processed, trans-fat laden, high-sugar, convenience foods. Fruits and vegetables contain carbohydrates, both complex and simple, that can be used for energy. They also contain many of the co-factors necessary for digestion and proper utilization; this is something that cannot be said for many processed foods. Protein can still be eaten, preferably “clean” meats that do not contain pesticide and antibiotic residue. Some good choices are chicken, turkey, buffalo, emu, and wild fish, all preferrably organic and free-range. Some protein can be gleaned from legumes and vegetables as well. In the long run, it is about choosing healthier options that give you the required energy for your lifestyle. Fortunately, Oxy-Powder works well for people that make different types of food choices.
