how good really is coral calcium for you? what are the benifets and the absorption rate compared to orotate and apratate?

Hi

Coral calcium is not the best nor the most absorbable calcium that is available. It's absorption rate is not as good as orotate or aspartate. Orotate is the best and the one that, clinically, we have seen work the
best.

Take a look at the Calcium Orotate product page at www.ghchealth.com It will provide you with some good information.
