Colon Cancer??

What are the symptoms of colon cancer?

I often feel "weird" before having a BM. I can actually feel the movement of the waste within me (above my naval), my arms will get very heavy and tingle, I will feel flush, and have pains within my upper body. I also feel a rush, sort of like a panic attack coming on, and feel like I am going to pass out, dizzy and light headed. These feelings go away after having a BM.

I have an appointment with a specialist but he couldn't get me in until mid November. A friend mentioned colon cancer. Now, I am concerned. I have read up on colon cancer but have not seen these types of symptoms mentioned anywhere. I do have a few symptons, narrow stools, and often feel like I am not "done" when I have a BM. Could the narrow stools be due to Hemorrhoids?

There is nothing that is immediately brought to mind by this grouping of symptoms. It would be best to have the examination done and a complete history taken to find the connection between all of these different events. If you feel that the situation is an emergency, you might try to see a different doctor at an earlier date.
