I am a 26 year old man. I just bought the complete cleansing system and i plan on starting it on christmas day. I think i have a yeast infection or other toxins in me causing some problems. I think i have pretty normal bowel movements but I get headaches, skin rashes, itchy skin, neck and back pain, fatigue, bad taste in my mouth, bad breath, dry mouth, trouble falling and staying asleep, heartburn, and joint pain. I'm on a weird schedule because of my work also I'm up just about every night till around 5am and get out of bed around 3pm. I have about 9 days off work starting christmas day so i figured that was a good time to cleanse. What if a good cleansing plan for me to follow? I hope to get all the sick days out of the way before i go back to work.
