Chiropractic Question For Dr. Group

Postby JLRodgers35 on Thu Feb 03, 2005 12:56 am

Hello!

I am hoping that I can get Dr. Group to answer this question since he is a chiropracter.

I am experiencing right shoulder pain that seems to start at the back rightside of my head and moves down. Accupressure seems to help and I have also been using the NutraCool™ (which is great, by the way).

I do a lot of work at the computer and am a little overweight. Sometimes the pain wakes me up at night and if I support my right arm by a pillow it seems to relieve the pain. Are there any exercies that I can do and is this something that I need to be concerned about?

Thanks for your help. :D

Shoulder Pain

I would recommend finding a chiropractor in your area who practices ART therapy. Or Active Release Therapy. Also drink 100 ounces of water per day with Organic Apple Cider Vinegar. Mix 1 teaspoon in every 16 ounces of water.

It would be a good idea to also get a complete blood scan done to check kidney function. The exercises would include rear deltoid, trapezius, pectoralis and rhomboid muscles. You should be able to find them on the internet typing in the muscle + exercise.

Also you can make sure your workspace is ergonomic and you have computer radiation protectors.

Also you can purchase a microcurrent machine on the internet and hook the pads over the point of pain. This can be worn during the day while you work.
