Can you clarify the following for me about Latero-Flora:
Dosages - is the suggested doasge on the bottle enough for Candida (2 per day), other sources indicate a saturation approach

Also on the 6 day advanced cleanse it is stated 3 capsules a day.
Finally when is the best time to take the capsules before or after food
